Do you offer Price Matching?

We are happy to match most, if not all, price match requests that you might send us.

How long are your Warranties?

The length of the warranty depends on the brand of the product that you are ordering.

You can check the warranty length of the product you are interested in by checking the specifications section on the individual product page.

Warranties are offered by all suppliers and this may require your product to be collected for inspection and repair so this may mean that you are without your product for a few days.

All warranty enquiries should be made with us in the first instance so please retain your proof of purchase and contact us with any photographic or video evidence to demonstrate the issue and we will start the warranty process with the relevant supplier.

How long does Delivery take?

We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days for items that are showing as in stock.

We do try to keep our website updated with the latest stock availability , but there will unfortunately be times when this is not possible - please do get in touch to check the current stock position of anything that you are interested in.

Please also let us know in advance if you need something urgently and we will do our best to expedite the delivery.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order at your own cost.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 days from when we receive the item(s).
