What accessories are available for the Bugaboo Butterfly 2?

The Bugaboo Butterfly 2 works with many of our existing accessories, including the parasol, organiser, footmuff, seat liner, and cup holder. There are also a few dedicated accessories made specifically to go with your travel stroller.

When you’re out and about, keep your pushchair protected from dirt and scratches with the compact Bugaboo Butterfly transport bag. For extra safety during your journeys, equip it with the Bugaboo Butterfly 2 bumper bar. Be ready for sudden weather changes by adding the Bugaboo Butterfly 2 rain cover. If you're traveling by car, easily turn your pushchair into a travel system with the Bugaboo Butterfly 2 car seat adapters. And if you have a newborn, create a cosy cocoon for them with the new Bugaboo baby nest (coming soon in September 2025).

Is the Butterfly 2 better for the environment?

Truly designed for the future. Made with innovative, more sustainable materials, and built to last. With a 37% lower carbon footprint than the original, it’s our most resource-conscious design yet.

How do I clean and maintain the Bugaboo Butterfly 2?

The Bugaboo Butterfly 2 features fabrics that are simple to remove and handwashed, when they need a deep clean. For regular spot cleans, you can wipe away mess with a damp cloth. Always read your care instructions thoroughly before washing, to make sure you keep your fabrics looking like new and to help give them a longer life. When you do wash your fabrics, make sure you air dry them thoroughly.

The pushchair’s modular design also means you can remove parts easily to clean the hardware. Its modular design also makes the product more sustainable, as it’s easier to repair (if you ever need to) and recycle the pushchair at the end of its lifespan.
