Bambino Mio nappies are two-piece pinless nappies consisting of a specially designed cotton nappy and a velcro® style fastening waterproof cover.

For added convenience Bambino Mio bio-degradable nappy liners may be used which retain solids and are safe to flush away.  These are designed with a one way action that allows moisture to pass through but prevents it from seeping back.

To use, fold a fresh nappy into thirds and place a nappy liner on top.  Lay both of these onto the nappy cover.

Sit or lie your baby in the assembled cover making sure the velcro tabs align with the waistband. Fasten cover snugly around your baby using the velcro tabs on either side.

When the nappy needs changing, simply remove the liner and nappy and flush the liner and any solids straight down the lavatory. Insert a fresh nappy and liner into the cover, and fasten the assembled cover back around your baby.

The freedom to separate the nappy from the cover provides several major advantages over other re-usable nappies:

• The cotton nappies can unfold during washing to expose a greater surface area, enabling more efficient washing and rapid drying by air or machine. They also provide maximum absorbency with minimum bulk.
• The covers can be re-used through several nappy changes without washing and when washed can be easily rinsed through by hand.
• Together nappies and covers provide excellent comfort ensuring minimum leakage in one convenient and simple solution.
